Region Band Results

We would like to congratulate everyone participated in Region Band Auditions this week. Participating in the Region Band Audition Process takes courage and hours of preparation. We as a band program are extremely happy with our students this year.


For the All State Process, there are 4 Auditions.

1) Region Band Auditions Round 1

2) Region Band Auditions Round 2

3) Area Auditions

4) All State Chair Auditions


Area

This year we will be sending 3 students to Area Auditions. They will have the opportunity to audition to make the All-State Band. If they make the All-State Band, their next audition will determine their chair order in All State. Students who make the All-State Band will travel to San Antonio for 4 Days where they will perform at the 2024 TMEA Conference.


We are very proud of these students as they are the first C.E. King Band Students to make Area since 2018.


Region

This weekend on December 8th and 9th, we will be sending 6 students to the Region 33 - Region Band Clinic and Concert. These students will get the chance to learn from the best music educators in Houston and in the country.
