    • Football Game Itinerary will be sent out on Monday August 18 @ 12:00PM

    • Students will be excused from 8th Period on this day

    • 9th Grade Center students will ride the 8th Period Bus that day

August 18th || MONDAY

White Day (1, 3, 5, 7, 8)

  • Full Band Rehearsal  

    • Location: Grid

    • 4:00PM - 7:00PM

    • Prop Moving: TRUMPETS

    • Band Hall Cleanup: EUPHONIUMS/TROMBONES

  • SISD PCO Training

    • Location: KHS PAC

    • 6:00PM Start Time

    • District Training for any Booster Parents who wish to attend

  • Band Booster General Meeting

    • Location: KHS PAC

    • 7:00PM Start Time


August 19th || TUESDAY

Blue Day (2, 4, 5, 6, 8)

  • Brass and Woodwinds Rehearsal

    • Location: Grid

    • 4:00PM - 6:00PM

    • Prop Moving: No Props

    • Band Hall Cleanup: SAXES/MELLOS/TUBAS


August 20th || WEDNESDAY

White Day (1, 3, 5, 7, 8)

  • Percussion Rehearsal

    • 3:30PM - 5:30PM

    • Location: INSIDE

      • Marimbas: w/ Castillo

      • Rest of Front Ensemble: w/ David

      • Battery: w/ Parham

      • Prop Moving: No Props

      • Band Hall Cleanup: PERCUSSION

  • Colorguard Rehearsal

    • 4:00PM - 6:00PM

    • Location: Grid

  • ECHS 11th and 12th Grade Parent Meeting

    • Students will have to attend Band Rehearsal and can join the meeting once rehearsal ends

    • Location: PAC & Orchestra Room

    • 6:00PM - 7:00PM


August 21st || THURSDAY

Blue Day (2, 4, 5, 6, 8)

  • Full Band Rehearsal  

    • Pantherettes Rehearsal

      • Tune 1: That's Entertainment

      • Tune 2: NFL on Fox

    • Be on the Grid by 3:25PM

    • Location: Grid

    • 3:30PM - 6:30PM

    • Prop Moving: FLUTES/LOW REEDS

    • Band Hall Cleanup: TRUMPETS

  • Band Donation Drive

    • 6:00PM - 7:00PM

  • Senior Parent Night Meeting

    • Students will have to attend Band Rehearsal and can join the meeting once rehearsal ends

    • Location: PAC

    • 6:30PM - 7:30PM
